We implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure only authorized personnel can access sensitive data and systems.
Our platform undergoes ongoing security review. We prioritize fixing vulnerabilities and improving our controls as the product grows.
We design Bizee with privacy in mind. Account holders can export or delete their data from privacy settings, manage consent preferences, and contact us with data requests. Our privacy practices are being prepared for formal legal review—we do not claim certification under GDPR, SOC 2, or other frameworks at this time.
In the unlikely event of a security incident, we have established incident response procedures to quickly contain, investigate, and resolve any issues while minimizing impact to our users.
