How do I import my client list from another tool?

Go to Clients → Import clients. Upload a CSV from Vagaro, Booksy, Square, Google Contacts, or our template. Preview your data, then import. See the full guide in our help docs or email support@bizee.life.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I add staff members?

Go to Settings > Team Management and invite new team members via email.
